RETURNS & REFUNDS
Should you decide you do not want a product within 14 days of delivery or pick-up we will gladly offer a refund upon return of the product. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. The product must remain in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on Trading Card Game singles, Trading Card Game sealed product and Sports product.
After we receive your item(s), our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
